SHIPPING

Due to the expansive range of  items that we sell, it's impossible to add shipping costs automatically at the checkout. Each individual item is a different dimension & weight and our clients are spread far and wide. The method which people choose for shipping varies and prices fluctuate constantly. Please contact us at point of purchase to agree shipping/postage costs. These costs will be billed separately, upon agreement, prior to  shipment , - also via Paypal.

We offer a professional delivery service to all of the UK, Ireland and The Rest Of the 

 

Please contact us for a delivery quote before purchasing . Please include the delivery postcode and item reference in your message. 

 

Smaller items can be packaged and posted via Royal Mail, fully insured. If you prefer to use a different courier please mention this at point of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • An item is known to be faulty at the time of purchase

  • If labels, maker’s marks or anything identifying or adding provenance to an item have been removed

  • An item has been damaged or altered by unauthorised 3rd parties without our consent

  • If you no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour or you changed your mind ) a return must be requested and approved in advance. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return. 

  • Any refund issued will be the cost of the item only and does not include packing/delivery costs to send the item to you.

  • The refund will be processed only by using your original payment method

  • Only if the item purchased is faulty,  will delivery costs  be reimbursed 

  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back in the condition they were purchased in. 

  • We only accept returns from the person who bought the item
