A characterful vintage Pyrene carbon tetrachloride hand-pump fire extinguisher, with its original T-bar handle embossed “Pyrene” and remnants of the original painted finish. The aged patina and faded label give it plenty of industrial character.

Condition: 
Heavily patinated, with tarnishing, surface marks, worn lettering and remnants of red and blue paint. The label is faded. The handle and plunger are present; the mechanism has not been tested.
Decommissioned and for decorative display only. It is not suitable for use as a working fire extinguisher.
