A beautifully shaped vintage walnut serving tray, featuring a distinctive kidney-shaped form with a wonderfully figured veneered centre and contrasting central inlaid motif.
The tray is surrounded by a substantial moulded solid wood gallery, giving it an elegant sculptural quality as well as making it practical for serving. The underside is lined in dark blue felt to protect the surface on which it is placed.
A particularly decorative piece that would look wonderful displayed on a coffee table, ottoman or drinks table when not in use.
Condition:
In good vintage condition with age-related marks, scratches and wear consistent with use. There is wear to the felt on the underside, as photographed.
