A beautifully decorative vintage Florentine tray, hand-finished in Italy with a rich combination of burnished gilt and emerald green. The elegant shaped outline and intricate embossed decoration reflect the craftsmanship for which Florentine decorative wares became renowned during the mid-20th century.
The central quatrefoil medallion is surrounded by finely detailed geometric and foliate ornament, all highlighted with hand-applied gilding. The reverse retains its impressed “Made in Italy” mark, confirming its Italian manufacture.
