A handsome vintage brass fireside set comprising a pair of decorative brass fire dogs (andirons) together with matching fire tongs, poker and engraved brass coal shovel.
The fire dogs are beautifully cast with elegant cabriole legs terminating in stylised pad feet and surmounted by turned brass finials. The matching tools feature coordinating turned brass handles, while the coal shovel is decorated with an attractive engraved foliate and heraldic design, adding further decorative appeal.
Designed to support logs within an open fireplace, the fire dogs combine practicality with classic Georgian-inspired styling. The warm brass finish and honest patination make this an attractive set for both traditional and contemporary interiors.
