A genuine vintage children’s scooter by Bentel, made in England and dating from the late 1940s–1950s. Constructed from pressed steel, it retains its original red and blue painted finish, embossed Bentel footplate and original wheels, all showing honest wear from age and use. Areas of paint loss, surface rust and general patination give it a wonderfully authentic, well-worn character.
 
Offered in original, unrestored condition, the scooter shows visible signs of its history, including one damaged handlebar grip and overall wear throughout. It is sold as a decorative, nostalgic object rather than a functional toy, and works beautifully as a display piece in an interior, shop setting or children’s room.
