Gameroni's ability to move towards abstraction in her figurative work while retaining a traditional strength of line and composition is exceptional. She is an Elected Member, and served on the committee of the Bath Society of Artists. Awards have included the Brownsword Prize (best picture in exhibition), the Farrow and Ball Prize, and the Watercolour Prize at the Armed Forces Art Society Exhibition.
