A wonderfully decorative tall bottle-form vessel with an attractive mottled and weathered finish.
Of elegant elongated proportions, with a slender neck, rounded shoulders and rolled rim, the surface has a beautifully timeworn appearance in muted earthy terracotta, soft grey and chalky tones, with occasional traces of green. The irregular finish gives the piece plenty of character and an almost archaeological quality.
A striking decorative object in its own right, particularly effective displayed on a console, side table or amongst a collection of ceramics and vessels. Equally lovely holding a single sculptural branch.
Condition:
