A set of six late 18th- to early 19th-century oak dining chairs, all similar in form but each with subtle individual differences that speak to their hand-crafted origins. The open backs feature gently varied top rails, adding charm and character to the set. With solid oak seats, straight legs, and turned stretchers, they are in excellent condition and have clearly been well cared for. A handsome and honest group of country chairs.
