    Paul Emile Lecomte (1877 - 1950) A gilt framed and glazed etching, French rural weir pool, signed by the artist.

    Paul Émile Lecomte was the son and pupil of Paul Lecomte. He also studied with Cormon at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He was a painter to the French Navy Ministry.

    He exhibited at the Salon de la Société des Artistes Français, of which he became a member in 1902. He was awarded a gold medal.
