A striking matching pair of vintage English pottery vases, identical in form and decoration, each with twin scrolling handles, moulded shoulder detail and bold geometric decoration in deep red, black, silver-grey and bronze tones.
Both are impressed ENGLAND to the underside.
Their dramatic decoration has a strong Art Deco / Modernist feel and they work particularly well as a pair on a mantelpiece, console or shelving.
