A beautifully considered pair of mid-century Ercol armchairs, dating from the 1960s–70s, newly reupholstered in Fermoie’s ‘Wave’ linen.
Crafted in solid beech, these chairs showcase Ercol’s signature sculptural form, with gently curved arms, turned legs, and traditional visible dowel joinery. The warm honey-toned frames pair effortlessly with Fermoie’s ‘Wave’ — a softly layered, painterly design that brings subtle movement and depth to the upholstery while remaining easy to place within an interior.
The seats have been fully reupholstered, with partial renewal of the support straps beneath, ensuring good comfort and everyday usability.
Comfortable and well-proportioned, they make excellent occasional seating for a sitting room, bedroom, or reading corner. A refined and highly usable pair that balance classic British mid-century design with understated, contemporary textile design.
