Similar to a smaller piece also available online and in our showroom is this charming 1930s Lloyd Loom table - featuring a rectangular glass top with brass clips and rubbed gold finish. The rubbed gold is a signature colour from the vintage colour charts of William Lusty & Sons, the original British distributors. It also includes a practical second-level shelf for added style and functionality.

 

Lloyd Loom originated in the 1920s in London's East End, following the British production rights purchase from American inventor Marshall B. Lloyd by W. Lusty & Sons. Made from twisted kraft paper woven onto wire, hte material - known as Loom - creates smooth, durable, and comfortable furniture.
