The top row includes a particularly charming central drawer with an oval inlaid panel, adding refinement and visual interest.
The chest stands on shaped bracket feet and is finished in a rich, warm mahogany with beautiful depth of colour and figuring throughout. The drawer fronts are enhanced with delicate line inlay, and the piece retains its original turned wooden knobs and keyhole escutcheons, all contributing to its understated elegance.
