A handsome late 20th-century mahogany circular coffee table, beautifully crafted in the Regency taste with elegant fluted tapering legs and an attractive cross-banded top.
The circular top is veneered in richly figured mahogany, framed by a contrasting cross-banded border and finished with a finely moulded edge. Raised on four reeded tapering legs united by shaped stretchers, the table has graceful proportions and timeless classical styling.
Recently restored, the table presents beautifully with a warm, rich finish that highlights the natural figuring of the mahogany veneers. Its compact size makes it an ideal coffee table, lamp table or centre table, equally at home in both traditional and contemporary interiors.
