A substantial vintage pedestal bowl in translucent yellow-green glass, finished with a contrasting amber-brown rim. The wide, shallow bowl sits on a short stem and circular foot, making an attractive centrepiece or fruit bowl. Bubbles and irregularities in the glass give it character. Possibly Spanish in origin; maker unconfirmed.
Condition:
There are a few pale glassmaking flaws in the rim, which are shown in the photographs.
