Large Late 19th Century Irish Pine Dresser
A substantial late 19th century Irish pine dresser of excellent scale and strong country character.
Constructed in solid pine throughout, this is a one-piece example with a fixed moulded cornice and plank back. 
The upper section comprises three generous open shelves beneath a simple scalloped frieze, while the base features two drawers above a distinctive arched open cupboard section with internal shelf.
The dresser will be sympathetically restored, lightly cleaned and fitted with traditional wooden knobs in keeping with its period. 
The timber retains a warm, natural patina with honest wear and tonal variation consistent with age.Its proportions give it real presence without overwhelming a space, and the depth makes it highly practical for modern use.
