Modelled perched attentively upon an elegant pedestal base, this charming bird displays the wonderfully whimsical character and exceptional hand-finishing for which Herend is internationally celebrated. The vivid multicoloured wings contrast beautifully against the warm rust fishnet body, giving the piece a striking decorative quality despite its compact scale.
The underside bears the blue handpainted Herend factory mark together with impressed model number 226.
