Of cylindrical form with a flared rim and foot, the piece retains its original base plate and a beautifully aged, warm patina. 
The detailing is crisp with pleasing darkened recesses, giving excellent depth and contrast.
Stamped “Made in England” to the base, confirming its origin and period.
