Christopher Hall ( British 1930-2016), oil on board, dated 1973 verso and signed. Born in Sussex, Hall exhibited at the Russell Gallery and the Rona Gallery, in London. A former mayor of Newbury, Berkshire, he was elected to the Royal Society of British Artists in 1998, and the Royal Cambrian Society in 1994. Hall exhibited at many of the RA's Summer throughout his prolific career.
