A striking antique cast-iron dining table with a modern toughened-glass top, combining 1C9th decorative craftsmanship with a clean contemporary finish. The base is constructed from a pair of beautifully ornate Victorian cast-iron trestles, featuring scrolling acanthus motifs and pierced detailing characteristic of late C19th French and English foundry work. The two ends are joined by cross-braced steel stretchers, giving excellent stability while keeping the design visually light.
 
The thick rectangular glass top sits neatly on the brackets, allowing the sculptural ironwork beneath to remain fully visible, a perfect centrepiece for a dining room, kitchen, garden room or creative workspace.
