Believed to be an original pair of Eames DAR armchairs epitomising the playful, functionality of this period of American design. The DAR Chair by Charles and Ray Eames feels as fresh today as when it was first introduced over 60 years ago, with it fibre glass shell set upon innovative chromed wire bases, these chairs are a slice of design history. Although unmarked these are certainly contemporary to the original Eames, as they are made from fibreglass, rather than the plastic of modern replicas.
