This is a very attractive Georgian  Rosewood Jewellery Box, opening to three layers of shelving for various pieces of valuable items . The layers are all beautifully covered in a vibrant blue silk typical of the time of manufacture.

It has in inlaid plaque with ' J Warner ' inscribed on it. This would be the lady who stored all her valuables in it.
