A fine matched set of six original Victorian brass drawer handles by S. Hall & Son of Birmingham, dating from the late C19th to early C20th (c.1890–1915). Cast in solid brass with elegant bun bosses and gently scalloped backplates, these handles are stamped to the reverse and retain their original aged patina, having not been over-polished.

They are of notably good quality and a very usable, well-proportioned size, larger than many purely decorative fittings of the period, making them ideal for the restoration of a Victorian or Edwardian chest of drawers, dressing table or side cabinet. Complete matching sets of this type are increasingly difficult to source.

The set is in good antique condition throughout, with honest wear consistent with age and use, and no cracks, distortions or repairs.
